We accept bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Cash on Delivery, and all major credit/debit cards. If prepayment is not received within the stated window, the order may be automatically cancelled.
Delivery
Delivery timelines provided on the website are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to the buyer once the package is handed to the courier. We recommend using our live tracking system to monitor your shipment.
Returns & Refunds
Eligible items may be returned within 7 days of delivery under our Return Policy. Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving and inspecting the return.
Seller Terms
Marketplace sellers must register with accurate business information, complete mobile OTP verification, and receive admin approval before listing products. Sellers are responsible for product authenticity, accurate descriptions, stock availability, and honoring our return policy. ChocoBuy reserves the right to remove listings or suspend seller accounts that violate marketplace standards.

Limitation of Liability
